OS Procura specifically adheres to the client’s predefined process of Requisition to final Approval (mirror current GL structure). Buyer spend is automatically controlled based upon corporate policy and applicable approvals required before requisitions become purchase orders.
Cost center, account and GL codes can be attached to P.O. line items - providing best in class, automatic reconciliation of invoices to bank statements with Level III Detail.
