Each support inquiry is professionally tracked and monitored from initial contact through resolution. Escalation processes based on problem severity ensure that mission-critical problems receive quick resolution through the assignment of necessary resources. Our support initiative assures a proactive approach for updates notification.
We utilize call tracking, knowledge warehousing and case management systems to guarantee a seamless transition between support resources. To further enhance our services Osiris will be launching a Customer Support Self-Service Portal to enter and track cases, submit enhancement requests and search our knowledge warehouse of solutions and answers to frequently asked questions.
